A commercial invoice is a financial billing document requesting payment, detailing prices, discounts, and tax breakdowns (such as GST or VAT). In contrast, a packing slip (or delivery challan) focuses purely on physical logistics—detailing what physical goods, SKUs, and quantities are packed inside the carton without revealing pricing data.
